It's been a long time coming and alot of you provided there review for the episode 11 of Being a DIK but it's better late than never. So here my review for episode 11

First of let get this one out of the bag, Maya's loan. We find out that the document that the document she sign was just a hoax so that Patrick can control her decision. At the end of the episode where Maya and Derek visit Patrick and talk about the situation. I think this episode about Maya is came to a close. It's not dramatic but in my opinion it's a good conclusion in the story

Next up is about Riona's situation and the end of episode. Alot of people think that she died in this episode, thank dpc she did not kill her. She did receive a beating but atleast she is alive and rcovering. She also did that right hooked to Quinn which I think Quinn deserve. Overall we did not see any of Riona in thi episode but that is understandable but I do hope that in the next episode we can see alot of her. Regarding the end of episode we find out that Magnar and the Nerds are the one behind all of what's happening, the pictures, the sex video and etc, I think it's kinda cliche using the Nerds as the antagonists in this scenario. I still prefer Stephen to be the main antagonist. In the story. Lastly the clip hanger in what is inside in Bella's room we will finally find out in the next episode.

Now let's discuss about the love interest, I'm gonna rank them base on the story not about who I like the most.

Rank 1
My 1st place in terms of sthe story this episode is Sage. Most of you will thing i'm bias because I am a Sage fun but in all honesty I think she deserve the 1st this episode. Her character development this episode is one of the best. She show us how she is vulnerable this episode especially when she told us about her parents divorce. MC bexome his support through all of this. He made her hold herself together not to break during her hard time. She also show us her feisty side when she and Jill went to have there nails done. It also worth mentioning her jealous side. In this episode it is understandable why she gets mad at mc. We can all agree that mc is retarded in this episode when she still talks with Zoey. In my opinion Sage has every right to be mad at mc. Lastly her sex scene, she has to scene this episodes the threesome with Cami and the intimate sex. For me the threesome is one of the best this episode. But the sex scene between Sage and MC I think is one of the most emotional scene. When mc said those words, when he said "I Love You" to is one of the best delivery in in this episode especially when I compare it to Maya and Josy. These sex scene has little to no dialogue in my own interpretation it is raw and pure of emotion. They don't need to speak anything it is pure passion.

On a side note let's talk about the cheating side of things. I did play the scenario just to see the confrontation of mc and Jade as well as mc and Stephen and choosing Zoey over Sage. This side of the story is well written especially when mc and Stephen finally talk mostly it was just Stephen talking. Anyway this side of the story is well written but it is not for me that's all I can say to it.

I'm gonna stop here for now and continue this later today because it's almost 3 am here in at my place and I only have less than 5hrs. of sleep.

Sage is a hypocrite, she's moaning about the mc's relationship with Zoey, they were fuck buddies, just like mc and Sage were, there was no declaration of being bf / gf, it wasn't until way later that it hit the mc that Zoey was his girlfriend and it wasn't until the end of ep11 that Zoey realised that they were bf / gf, so technically they weren't bf /gf, just like until the end of ep8 the mc and Sage weren't bf / gf, they were fuck buddies.

I wouldn't mind seeing an interlude with characters that have a recent past that's important and/or fun to know about, like Ellie :p
What we need to see is a Bianca Interlude - her and Jill meeting a young bachelor named Matthew, Jill instantly falling head over heals for him only for Bianca too swoop in and steal him...Just to hammer home this is what happens to Jill

That indeed sounds like something that could've happened to Jill. Although if that really happened, I doubt she would still be such good friends with Bianca. Friends, yes. Good friends, doubtful.

I said something similar around the 9th March after I was done with 11. Most didn't like that. Also given he's said again "he thinks season 4 won't be typical" tells me he knows the story is ending at 12 and he's just not saying for spoiler reasons.
this thought frightened me at the beginning, a chapter to close the plots of the main story, apart from some aftermath which I believe will arrive in season 4, seems really complicated.

but then thinking back to almost all the little story arcs opened and closed so far... better this way, the expectations have always gone beyond the result, better to get rid of the last obstacles and go to the last chapters with "MC and his LI go on a trip to the grand canyon', "MC and his LI get married in Las Vegas", "MC and his LI go to ikea to choose the furniture for their new house", etc etc

simple chapters in which there will be the thousand variations of the same preparation for the different epilogues.

Given some of the responses I posted when I first suggested we are closer to the end than we perhaps realise... things like "we have been promised Spring Break" "there's still loads of unresolved things" "But things are just starting with Zoey again" I think there were a couple who were hoping there was going to be something else to resolve in season 4 - I get it, a thing we like is coming to an end, we don't want it too, we think of ways it can continue etc etc

But when you do think about whats left, there isn't much and given DPCs way of bringing most of the mysteries to a resolve in the past if he could end it all at 12 if he wanted too - I'm not saying it would be done in a good manner, but neither would stretching it out beyond its time - the story is unfortunately coming to its natural end and all we can hope now is DPC at least sticks the landing.

His latest Q&A makes it sound like he's very ambitious about the epilogues. I just really hope he will put that ambition into long "normal" epilogues with still renders, text and maybe some animated sexscenes and that he isn't planning into making them minute-long animated cutscenes or something. Short cutscenes are fine in an AVN, but the animations in them are always jerky unless he's planning to make dedicated videoclips or something with a program better suited for them.

the way DPC writes and the way BADIK has gone so far it is possible, and desirable, to end it all now (meaning the plots).

the main storylines have been stretched too far that eventually their closure has brought much more relief than satisfaction. right now, just to stick to the main ones, leaving aside the issues waiting to be squared (I'll give just one example: why Melanie meddles in Sage and Chad's relationship), they remain open:
-James, and here it really only takes a phone call or dialogue to put him behind us
-Jonhatan (Lana), and here again it only takes this conference for the Royces to deal with their grief and it's all over
-Buddy/Vinnie, it depends here, now I don't think that miraculously Quinn's plan has been so successful as to get rid of everyone. but dealing with the survivor should not be a particularly long issue
- the Nerds, their game will be exposed, the fraternities will realize that some of the responsibility is their own and again it will be over quickly.

it is likely to be over quickly because the big questions have been the same since the first season.

all the other issues (Zoey, does the trouple make it or not, the love triangles with
Jil etc...) may very well develop into these long epilogues in season 4.

the spring break would be a great setting for one of the final chapters, i don't see a big problem, DPC loves to create new settings
